"I discovered One Call Now several years ago when I started coaching a girls summer fastpitch tournament team. During the weekend tournaments the team has their first game scheduled and all games after that point are determined by the previous games status. If the team wins you play again at one time on a certain field and if you lose you play again at a different time and field. Games are continuously happening on eight to ten different fields from Friday evening to Sunday evening. It is almost impossible to keep up with the families of 12 players and keep them informed on game times and fields. With the One Call Now service I was able to program each families home phone number and their cell phone numbers into the database. Using my cell phone I am able to keep each and every family completely informed at all times so that our teams are on the fields and ready to go at the appropriate times. Time between games is used to go over the previous game, come up with new game plans, eat and rest. "I'm a soccer coach, plain and simple. It's what I love to do. So much so that I coach my 3 kids' teams plus another two - that's five teams with nearly 80 players. Last fall, my top two teams played in an out of town tournament. Day 1 was great, but on day 2 the thunderclouds and rain starting rolling in at 5:00 AM. With the One Call Now service, I was able to communicate with all the families and players, staying at two separate hotels, about the game rain delays. The subgroup messaging allowed me to send specific messages to team managers about anticipated weather conditions and tournament guidelines. With extra time to re-group and pick a local restaurant for breakfast, I just used One Call Now. It doesn't take long for thirty 12-year-olds to wipe out a breakfast buffet! My name is Scott Kneer and I am the Assistant President of Englewood Little League in Englewood OH. A suburb of Dayton OH. Our Organization has 750 boys and girls and 62 Baseball and softball teams. First of all I must say that One Call Now has revolutionized the way we can communicate with the several hundred of kids and their parents in our league, Two years ago my bank, Mainsource Bank, had some promotional material offering to anyone in the community a free One Call Now subscription. I solicited Daniel, a bank employee, about possibly offering all of our managers a One Call Now subscription—it was an immediate yes. We communicated this offer to our 62 Managers as to what they need to do and the great benefits of One Call Now at our managers meeting. A month later I spoke to Daniel and he told me they signed up 45 new accounts to our managers., far exceeding his expectations. I heard several testimonials from our managers as to how much time and effort it has saved them and vowed to use the service forever. One Manager even told me "One Call Now invention is a great as the cell phone in regards to service, convenience and ease of use." I personally used my One Call Now to manage my Baseball team and I also ran the concession stand with 23 kid workers. With one call I could communicate to everyone in a matter of seconds. I made just under 100 calls in 2007 and the times savings had to be literally hours of my time and also the confirmation of received call assures everyone received my call. I have been using your service for 4 years now. I can tell you that I would never coach or have a group of people that I need to stay in contact without your service. I have traveled to many towns that were new to our team and the directions were, shall we say not exactly accurate. Since I am the head coach I always try to be at a venue first so over the years it has been so easy to make the call to the team and give them the proper directions. Game changes and rain outs are the best because all I have to do is make one call and I know that everyone has received the message. If there is ever any questions on who has received it I just jump on the intrenet and sign into my group. There I can see who has not received the message, who has it on there answering machine or who received it live. There has never been a single person that has said that they didn't get the message. The parents love it because they are always in the loop and don't have to wonder what the plans might be. Another feature that I enjoy is the one where your parents can give a tone response. Sometimes I will call a practice at the last minute. With the tone response I know how many people will be attending. Again I can jump online and see who responded with a yes and know who to expect. Lastly, the fact the I don't have to waist time calling my team on the phone, I have more time to spend with my family. With 3 boys I can tell you that we are moving from one place to the next non stop. Oh and one more thing. Other company's have tried to get me to switch, but their pricing plans don't compare with yours. Within 3 or 4 times using their service I would be paying what I would be paying for with yours and I get your service for a year at a time."

"I am a working mom, with a very hectic schedule. "I have 2 high school students and one grade school child who keep me busy traveling around the city with sports and weekend tournaments, etc. I am the manager for my daughter's soccer team, and that alone keeps me busy during soccer season. Just making sure we are at the right field at the right time can keep me going non-stop. When a friend advised me of the One Call Now, I decided to try it out for a season to see if it would save me some time, and that was four years ago. I travel a lot for my job, and it always seemed like when I was away on business, soccer practice was being cancelled or games were being rescheduled. When I first began with OneCall Now I used it pretty much straightforward by just entering each of my parents phone numbers for each child on our youth soccer team. After a while I noticed that some messages would go to "extra" phones and leave unnecessary messages for instance on a home phone if we were traveling as a team out of state however it would go to the parents cell phone....etc... Solution: I made two subgroups out of our Soccer Team. The first is a group of home phone numbers and the second is a group of cell phone numbers for each parent. Thus with two subgroups of phone numbers I could just call the appropriate set of phones that I think will best get our message to the group without "extra" unwanted messages. For instance, when we arrive in the spring for practice at our field sometimes the weather quickly changes and 10 minutes before practice is about to begin we have to cancel it due to a heavy downpour of rain thus I only need to call everyone's cell phone since most families are in their cars at that time. Another example is when we are traveling at tournaments out of home area many times a field assignment or game time will change slightly and I need to communicate to everyone at the hotel or tournament sight the change. Again, just calling the cell phone subgroup helps to deliver the message without calling everyone's home phone which is not applicable. Lastly, in some cases, the opposite is true and I just want to call the home phones. Occasionally, I may need to send out a reminder about the weekend upcoming game or practice schedule in the evening and since most people are home and it is not a priority message I just send my message to everyone's home phone number. SIMPLE and DIRECT COMMUNICATION that is efficient! That is how One Call Now helps me manage our busy and changing schedule in the youth soccer world more easily, saving ME a lot of time and energy!!
